The lower body side was partly covered with dirt and undercoating.\u00a0The undercoating had already been released in many places and must be removed completely to be able to remove all rust.<\/p>\n

Now all rust in the above picture must be removed. With the help of some\u00a0chemicals and steel brushes the job was finished\u00a0successfully.<\/p>\n

Now the fun part could start,\u00a0spraying\u00a0the underside body with\u00a0Epoxy\u00a0primer. But before the spraying could start we finished the whole surface with sand paper, en just before spraying removed all dust with thinner.<\/p>\n

\"LowerBodyExpoxy\"<\/a>\u00a0\"LowerBodySealer\"<\/a><\/center>After the\u00a0epoxy\u00a0primer is \u00a0thoroughly\u00a0dried all seams are filled with 3M seal-kit. This kit, the small black lines in the above right picture, will creep between \u00a0the different layers of\u00a0sheet metal. When the procedure is performed on both sides the space between different layers of sheet-metal will be\u00a0hermetically sealed. So\u00a0hopefully\u00a0no rust anymore \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\"LowerBodyAntiChipping\"<\/a> \"LowerBodyPainted\"<\/a><\/center>\u00a0The last process step is adding a thick layer of anti chipping material and last but not least two layers of black paint.
